Refunds
You may return unused, unopened products within 30 days of receipt for a refund minus shipping costs. If product has been used or opened and you choose to return it, you will not be eligible for a refund and an exchange and the value of the exchange (if applicable) will be determined by Haus of Efin. You are responsible for the cost of shipping your return back to us.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. ** Please note: charcoal is a natural material that can sometimes chip a bit during handling. This is normal. However, if there are larger chips or hot spots throughout your incense, please contact us.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.
